We are THRILLED with Modify Health! Their selections are FULL of flavor. I like the fact that the selections have organic ingredients and sustainable seafood. Since there’s just the two of us, we actually save money too. There’s no waist involved. The ease of having a meal properly portioned with organic ingredients and that TASTES GREAT, is such a blessing! We’re now able to watch what we eat in both caloric content and organic ingredients. We chose the Mediterranean option and asr SO pleased we did! You at Modify Health are the best in the marketplace, in our opinion.

The meals are great, I love them. And Modify Health is quick to solve issues that may come up. These meals are easy, just pop into the microwave and the variety is good; fish, shrimp, chicken, pork and vegan. Thank you Modify Health!

My experience with Modify Health was outstanding. The food options were very good quality, healthy, tasty and delivered on time. If I was away I could put a hold on my delivery order and resume with ease. The customer service was quick and efficient.

Healthy, great tasting food that is delivered to your door. Coupled with excellent customer service. Rotating menu with solid staples, available at an affordable price point. Issues, though very minor and few, are always resolved expeditiously and professionally by Amanda. 5 STARS!

I started out liking these meals then yesterday I had the fish for low fodmap and there was so much pepper on my fish I had to dispose of it. I guess you can’t order the same thing twice because of the way it was prepared. I would suggest that they leave the seasoning to people to do on their own. Sad because they have great customer service.

We tried the rest and then found the best! Between the two of us we have to avoid gluten and high-FODMAP foods. That used to mean "avoiding" flavor and variety while paying way too much. ModifyHealth fixed all that with genuinely delicious food at a reasonable price that is safe for us both to eat. Try them and you'll see.

I have to wonder about their quality control when the following can happen: the ingredient list for Blueberry Rice Porridge with Almonds is EGG, BELL PEPPER, SPINACH, CHEDDAR CHEESE, OREGANO, PAPRIKA, BLACK PEPPER, SEA SALT. With the exception of the sea salt, I can guarantee that none of those ingredients are in the Blueberry Rice Porridge with Almonds!

This service has been an amazing find for our family as we struggle through adapting to a low FODMAP lifestyle. The food options they offer have good variety and help simplify mealtimes for us. I also greatly appreciate their customer service and willingness to correct any issues. I recommend the product and service to anyone needing low FODMAP options.
